Developing lifelong learning

The New Model in Technology & Engineering (NMiTE) is first and foremost a university that will focus on the teaching of engineering.  Like many higher education institutions, we’re about preparing students for life in the real world.  But unlike others, we believe that academic learning – in our case engineering – and real world life skills are equally important in our modern world. To learn more about our curriculum here.

NMiTE will also be run very differently.

facultyNo departments, no faculties, no tenure, no Council.  Instead, we’ll be developing teaching teams designed around the delivery of our unique engineering and Human Interaction© curriculum developed with a world leading team drawn from our partners (see more about the NMiTE Collaboratory) and industry and built to the highest global standards.

Faculty and administrative team recruiting has begun. We will be seeking engineering faculty, an interdisciplinary team to deliver aspects of our Human Interaction © curriculum, technical staff for laboratories and innovative senior administrators from the academic sector.
